*From the Offer Through Closing

We will research the property, and it's surrounding area to determine our professional opinion on what it's worth. From there, we will consult with you on making an offer and then begin to negotiate with the other party.

Once your offer is accepted, we will show you how to find an experienced home inspector to inspect the home. This is a great time to learn everything about your new home - how things work, where they are located, etc.

While all of this is taking place, we will coordinate with your Loan Officer to make sure the loan is progressing smoothly and that you're well informed regarding your closing costs. Again, we will be working very closely with you and educating you throughout this entire process.

Finally, the closing day has arrived! While there is much to be excited and proud about accomplishing, there is still plenty to be done. Let's get through the paperwork, get your keys, schedule your movers, call the utility companies and then we can celebrate! You will look back on this time as one of the most amazing experiences of your life.
